I have been complaining to Kplc for the longest time but everytime they tell me wanaagalia. I gave up and I suspect my house manager watching Afro Cenema whole day. In july my bill was 6500 for what they said were 280 units and I thought Kplc had gone crazy. I couldnt believe it coz i always pay 4-5k.
