For arms. Thats how rebelions start. even though most are not successful at first e.g Likoni.
But some do succeed. Cuban revolution started just the same way.

Cant believe that nobody has thus far raised an issue with the title of the thread. Just because the incident happened in a military installation situated in Mombasa, it should not automatically imply that all the barracks in Mombasa are for the seamen.
