Sh132 million into the authorised
County Revenue Fund against
internal revenues of Sh1.7 billion.
The Constitution requires that all
revenues generated be paid into the
Fund before they are released for
spending. This is in a bid to create
accountability and ensure
governments follow budgets.

Seems he's ensured that there's no paper trail regarding county revenue collection and spending. Perfect scenario for embezzlement of our funds.

Before the last elections most of us here were claiming that corporate managers were best suited for the constitutionally created positions. 'Politicians' were not trustworthy. Now that this misconception is on its deathbed who are we going to vote for?

Maybe in future we'll vote for robots.

Anyway, my point is most people like you aren't competent voters, and put democracy to shame. So please my mdomo is here for its lifespan.
