Obviously there will be fewer Governors and their deputies and ministers aka County Executives.Their salo and other costs that go with them will go to development.

So yes,money to counties may be same but purpose will change from recurrent to development.

@Big chick ??? whose Q anyway I'm supporting that. At national level money allocated to counties is in % whether the counties are 8,10,12,47 or more regardless. As u put trimming the politicians & their "offices" increases money used on dvlpmnt & employment directly/indirectly. hope we'rereading from same script to the "majamaa" of siringi
