In my interactions with various government agencies i have noted that people pay extra amounts to have their stuff processed faster and this cash is paid to a govt. employee to expedite things hence the widespread corruption in govt.
To eliminate this trend all government agencies that offer services to the public should introduce a fast track service where those who need their stuff processed urgently pay an extra amount of cash above the normal rates for their stuff to be processed in shorter periods of time.
This will clearly eliminate to some extent corruption and generate extra revenue for the govt. is this really workable in Kenya or is the business of inefficiency so entrenched so as not to allow the above
