Just saw on NTV vijana of Bungoma don't have ID's in their 20's even older people and they don't carry it. Senator Wets ni kitu Iko Kwa damu poleee we now know. Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!
