All businesses operating within the same compound with the hatch have all been demolished The owner of the automated car wash must be quite depressed given that they just got it running after years of it being idle..

Galileo stands on a separate parcel of land hence it is not affected.

Actually LEO's has also closed and in fact advertised the closure in print media. They are looking for space in Westlands, which I am told they already have gotten @ the former Bacchus which is rumoured to have changed ownership last week and taken up the mezzanine floor of the same building and are renovating it as its VIP lounge.

Grapevine has it Kamlesh Pattni (LANDLORD) wants to open/build the grandest Casino of them all at the plot where Hutch,Galileo, Club Afrique used to be!!

thot i told you guys everything will cease to exist on that 4-acre piece of land called the International Casino compound come Jan-15-2010

That is still the position. And brother Paul intends to put up a seven star hotel on that piece of land...the grandest of all in Africa....laico regency will be a far away shadow.

And he has also bought the land opposite too, along museum hill road...
When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

...And why would Bro Paul want to put up a grand casino??....A chapel would be in order.

Yaani this guy still has makalus enough to put up such a big project after grand regency fiasco. Damn, the government should follow up and collect the balance.
It's amazing what you can achieve when you get rid of fear.
