Yes the gok is on receiving end but who is the head of it? Isn't it someone with dual roles as far as the circumstances of the matter go...and now the possibility of dual roles supporting each other symbiotically to prop a case? And talk of symbiotic relationships where each party needs or needed each other to surviv!

So, on one hand, they try him as an 'individual' and on the other as 'head of government. Then 'we' know the outcome.

Thuku, si Mimi nimesema. But in all symbiotic relationships there's is always one party at disadvantage, and the other will not let go till they have milked to the last drop or identified 'another more promising host'. Not quite sure.

So the metamorphosis of the case continues. Oh no cooperation, ohh leaks, ohh obstruction one would forget the original charges. Bures kabisa the sooner we show this court the middle finger the better. Else the circus continues

another of the many paradox in this PEV and Hague matter is that at any one time, there is a party vigorously following up, but they soon or later pass on the mantle. It started with Kofi..over to Waki...over to nusu mkate... over to bunge...over to kofi again..over to Ocampo...Over to Bensouda...(she has all but raised her hands, in the last status conference she gave the judges 2 options - a) terminate b) defer indefinitely- at a time she will no longer be at OTP) SO the baton is now with the ICC judges... Soon i expect the potato to heat up 4 them, who is next on line to receive the mantle? ASP? Then after that?...worst case scenario after ASP is over to common man in kenya i.e sanctions..

I don’t know what the opposition will gain if the case against the President is postponed

Quote:
Raila at the same time lauded Uhuru for "refusing to drag the sovereignty of the Republic of Kenya to the ICC" when he honoured summonses to attend the status conference on his trial on October 8 as a private citizen.

Quote:
The Cord leader however rubbished a move by the President on October 7 to resign for three days and hand over power to the deputy president ahead of the status conference at the ICC.

Only quick solution is for gok to drop some 'filthy luggage ' at doorstep of big boyz but in sly and very discreet manner. Otherwise, having likes of akina duale and ag to deal with the matter is bound to be somewhat counterproductive, living history has shown
