This stock has peculiar habits. It rises after going Ex-Div. just you wait and see... but of course, I might also be wrong!

Well 2009 was tough for many/most firms in Kenya... 2010 might be a lot better seeing the world economy seems to be 'recovering' and the growth in agriculture... leads to more lorries, pickups, cars, tractors being sold...

@mukiha - I think it has stabilised for now between 11-12 unless there is more news (good or bad)

@VVS: AGM is on 26th Feb. Stock goes XD on Monday... wait and see what will happen after that...

@mukiha - Lakini, why would it fall any more than the dividend when xd (except for outlier trades)...

LOL... and I thot you were going to say that it will drop like a rock...

It's not the stock/share but the buyers/sellers who are 'peculiar'... why wouldn't you buy cd rather than pay more for xd???

The stock went XD last Friday. Closed on Monday at 11.50; dropped gradually through the week; now appears to have leveled off at11.10/11.20

Now wait and see. It will remain here until the Div is paid and then it will climb to around 12.
