A lot of air head discussion going on here. Who cares who is married to who, from what tribe, what the statistics are, the reason for I don't which group of people being married to which group of people. When it comes to marriage, it is a decision made by two people [or should be]. This tribal nonsense has gone too far. My tribe, your tribe, bull crap nonsense!!! Pisses me off!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
