Kumbe even the so called 5 bedroom spacious house is built on a ka-plot ..... investment!  In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

It's on a 1/4. Not bad for Nairobi. There's even enough space for a pool.
