Sad thing is that,not long ago,the county govt set a side substantial amounts of money for repair.
I think both the CCTV projects and traffic lights can work very well,I suspect somebody within the county government is sabotaging the traffic lights .I've noticed that the major issue is synchronization of the traffic lights;whenI was crossing kenyatta avenue from I&M to 680,i spent 72 seconds standing in between the road because the lights for cars coming from GPO were red(green for pedestrians) but for the cars coming from stanley they were green(red for pedestrians crossing).This is also the case at moi avenue opposite stanchart and also when crossing moi avenue from Kenya cinema.
I believe there must be away of synchronizing the lights
