This ndakaini marathon looks very disorganized on tv. What's with the criss crossings, what's the dude in pink and blue silver jacket doing at the finish line? Ai how juakali are we? washiku, not yet?

Maybe it's coz I was ready psychologically that it will be tough to climb those hills. Now am back to Nai, already out and about kwa shuguli za Saturday.

Have missed it this year, will probably miss all runs in the future (stanchart, my favourite), my doc has confirmed that my knees are shot from hard surface running...
