Redhill Ngecha Plots

Lloyd Masika is advertising 0.25 acre plots at KSh 1.5m.
Has anyone seen these plots and are they good value?
They sent me a map, but i am still having difficulty locating them.
Would appreciate any assistance.

1.5M? Ouch last I checked a quarter was going for 'bout 1 M, but that's inflation for you...........

I am in love with the whole area myself, so I'd say if you have the money - buy, but depends what you want the land for... If residential would you consider joining a group to buy a larger parcel?

Me thinks it might actually be cheaper...

My interest is residential, and would consider joining a group.
I went to Redhill on Saturday but could not find the place.
I tell you Nairobi is huge! In my quest for property, I keep seeing new roads & areas for the first time.

I am also interested in these plots... Any link to a prospectus or something online? Or where can I get this from? The LM listings are rather out of date...

I was taken to see the plots - a wasted afternoon. Its a farm almost in Limuru with the only water being from a stream.

I also heard the same from a friend of mine. It is nowhere near to 'Ngecha Road' as some might believe.

But apparently if you like farming - it's a good location
