This guy is bright..He choose a route where even if you dont go out to cheer him there are so many by standers that they must look. This is politics at play but you can go ahead an explain it any other way.

It's always all about politics, even the so called 'historic' moment was all politics, think of it, Walker physically hands over the instruments of power to Ruto at an elaborate ceremony at Harambee House, with signatures and everything and then some civil servants do this:
