an indirect admission by both judges and otp that they would like the case to end. Could also be a discreet way of sending message to paymasters the direction the case is taking, so any necessary calls 4rom majuu can be made b4 ICC errs in final decision . @Limanika, Oh yeah yes!! Whats on the cards, the promises made to cousin? Whats more to extract like right now??

Kratos wrote:Media reporting on the case so far by CNN, BBC and Al Jazeera)
1. Regarding the dropped witnesses most reporting is focused on those who allegedly have been bribed or intimidated. I have so far heard only one mention of those who have been dropped because they said they had been coached or promised monetary rewards.
2. All these media houses are concentrating on the prosecutors report that Mr Kenyatta has used his influence as President to withhold "crucial"evidence. None of these three media houses are interrogating the fact that a) Mr Kenyatta was not president during the collection of evidence and confirmation of charges stage b)it is awkward that a case has been confirmed yet without sufficient evidence c) It is never the responsibility of the accused to incriminate himself by providing evidence against self.
3. Justice for the victims: None of these media houses are concerned on whether it could be possible that Mr Kenyatta is actually innocent and thus needs a fair trial. Justice for victims does not mean prosecuting a possibly innocent person just for the sake.

By majuu here we mean the EU, they fund ICC by over 70%, Africa's contribution almost 0%...and kasin's word can't carry much weight here coz Uncle Sam treats ICc with contempt and doesn't contribute any funds. Things are still thick, kamwana should have called Brussels not Washington

Even the average man in Siberia knows this case should have ended eons coz there is no evidence. The reason why things are still thick…is not because there will be conviction at the end, but that someone seated huko majuu in rocking chair may just throw a dice to help decide if the matter should be made to drag for years.. Coz this we have come to know - it doesn’t always boil down to evidence at ICC….and reality is that current and immediate past GoK is not in good books with EU

Prior jurisprudence means little particularly because this is a "precedent setting" case in international law(first sitting president in an international court), secondly the court obviously feels it needs to set a precedent (and massage their egos as well as fart on their powerful seats), particularly because technology is heavily involved. Feel like placing a wager on:- trial via VIDEO CONFERENCING Ras Kienyeji Man

Watching Al Jazeera you would imagine Kamwana mercilessly butchered 1200 people. The skewed reporting jamaneni. The sooner this case is thrown out the better for a vast majority of the PEV victims. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

Ngai! Our leaders wild behaviour outside the courts.... So PRZ returns a day later and the wild delegation's shortlived honeymoon on hague streets come to an end. I think they made too much noise, the residents complained and the judge had no option but to send everyone back home.

We should also learn to play hardball with these EU otherwise TP will be treated better. They recently refused to listen to our horticulture famers, as a result, our horticulture products will be most expensive from all of Africa. Methinks the decline in our economy due to travel advisories, negative publicity at ICC, increased taxation of exports, etc will mean we might be unable to maintain Amisom as well as support of peace efforts in the region. Meaning. EU and the west will loose in the end. Who will tell them this??

From their personal level, the court including victims representative would want the cases to take the longest time possible.
