It would be in the best interest of jubilee for the case to be deferred....
Just thinking aloud.....

Nope, in my opinion they are going to defer the case until such a time that the garment can co-operate......welcome to Walker's life presidency!!!!

It had always been pointing in that direction!

More like a revolving presidency!

Watching Al Jazeera you would imagine Kamwana mercilessly butchered 1200 people. The skewed reporting jamaneni. The sooner this case is thrown out the better for a vast majority of the PEV victims.

Ngai! Our leaders wild behaviour outside the courts....

So PRZ returns a day later and the wild delegation's shortlived honeymoon on hague streets come to an end.smile
I think they made too much noise, the residents complained and the judge had no option but to send everyone back home.

We should also learn to play hardball with these EU otherwise TP will be treated better. They recently refused to listen to our horticulture famers, as a result, our horticulture products will be most expensive from all of Africa. Methinks the decline in our economy due to travel advisories, negative publicity at ICC, increased taxation of exports, etc will mean we might be unable to maintain Amisom as well as support of peace efforts in the region. Meaning. EU and the west will loose in the end. Who will tell them this??

From their personal level, the court including victims representative would want the cases to take the longest time possible. If you fell the tree whose leaves you sweep daily for your bread, utafanya nini?
