The ICC can yet go to new lows. The judges seem to believe otp more than the defence or they are genuinly worried about the courts budget as reports seem to indicate. Sad

The Miranda rights 'you have the right to remain silent, anything you say can be used and will be used against you nyef nyef' don't count? Or is that just for the movies?

Read somewhere that kamwana's defense have stated that they have given lots of info to otp and are not gonna give an iota more. The judges have put themselves btwn a hard rock and very dry place!

Where I am things are at a stand still.It feels like a holiday.

Hakuna hata makelele za traffic and Gods knows I hate the dull clouds hanging over Nairobi.
