The operator, which is focused on logistics support for upstream oil and gas exploration in sub-Saharan Africa, is already listed on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market Segment (Aims). Not seeking to raise any capital 3. To offer 10% of its shares at the NSE. My maths puts that at 39.4m shares. No price indication. 4. Revenue FY13 = KES 1.95bn. Revenue HY14 = KES 1.8bn.
