Is it just me who is feeling this ICC is playing hard ball? Nimeanza kuhofia Kamwana wetu.

@Thuks, I ain't no lawyer but let me ask, how does the OPT expect someone to incriminate themselves?

On account Kenya's non compliance/cooperation, they can not get on Uhuru.
But as regards allegations of interference with witness, I am not too sure.
Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

Why should Uhuru volunteer this information?It is not the responsibility of Uhuru to prove himself innocent but that of the prosecution to prove him guilty.In fact we are not at trial stage yet.

I guess the rules change when one goes to the international arena? Or when you have bensaidia as prosecutor you are supposed to just accept the charges and move on?

How is the prosecutor determining that there is a deadlock, thought since she's a contestant (with AG) on the matter at hand, its the court to find whether there's a deadlock or not.

The court therefore confirms new charges against you: Witness interference,destruction of evidence and disrespecting the court. Your case begins in November. Wakes up from dream!
