The president does not necessarily handover presidential powers when out of the country on official duty otherwise the country will have duo presidency.

Who stands to gain from his action? Himself as he can't be asked any questions regarding non cooperation of the Kenyan govt, hii in gone yote hamna, historic, zilch! seems the gang is so used to unlawfulness of the prince that any action as per the law is historic and we must bow down! check my 1st comment on this thread. 'That was presidential'.......it remains that and not something that deserves a Nobel prize yawa!!!!

Okay......Laughable lot.They can chest thump how they won't attend to a presidential address but not fail while their leader is being caned.
