That dude is joking, really joking......he doesn't know the risk he is getting into!!!

I dont see a big risk but it is possible the matter will be thrown out as the constitution provides for an acting president. am sure it also provides for when a DP can be sworn in without a necessity of a general election being conducted.

If that action causes some panic in some circles then you will know the kind of risk this dude has set himself up for!!!!

I beg to differ McDoba. I actually think that this is a healthy thing. The president has done something unprecedented. What Matagei will achieve by going to court is clarity about this kind of decision. I think anybody who seeks resolution of a constitutional or legal problem through the court process helps strengthen our institutions and deepen our democracy. It is in the same spirit that many years from now when all political temperatures have cooled down that historians will recognize Raila's contribution in clarifying and strengthening the electoral process by challenging the 2013 election results in a court of law.

I say let Matagei have his day in court. Let him be heard. We will all be better off for it.

The spirit is good but the interpretations from different quotas may not be so!!!!

I actually hope he succeeds. Of course 2017 is not far they would run again and again and again. WSR would be the best placed C.I.C to deal with some old man...and RV would have more confidence in the duo's partnership.

If the Presidency didn't help people in 24 years of Nyayo brutal and ethnic rule, they will gain nothing in 4 days of Ruto's reign. Be real.

In Nyanza, we still have Nyakirundu to grow some maize for subsistence. Baringo leads in hunger despite RV being called the bread basket.

You need to appreciate humanity and value life to have a peaceful life. Sisi tumezoea opposition na shida. We are fishing Omena and if there is no fish, we just boild maize flour and eat that with the aroma from the neighbour's cooking pot.

Jokamaa mpo!

Is he laughing at the hungry people from the arid county of Baringo? Kwani wakale wamemfanyia nini jamaneni? Is this idiot even aware that 70% of this country is arid/semi-arid?

They Hyenas hopes for RV are being scuttered.

It's either goggles or some people are just too used to mediocrity that if someone does what is expected of them then we go ballistic calling it historic!!!!
