I suppose there is still a window of opportunity for:-
1. UMK to plea for the case to be dropped to allow him to work as President given evidence is really lacking, and in either case to schedule video conferencing e.t.c for the rest of the case if it proceeds.
2. For bensouda to attempt to detain or "keep him held up in Hague" (remember he is apparently just a kawaida mwanainchi) for "the security of mungiki leaders (or purported witnesses) of this world" to "schedule" them to testify against him without fear, and demand his bank statements. I am sure we will get the line of her reasoning (obviously very shallow as expected), personally i expect anything from her that will "boost" her power and that of the ICC.
