Sielewi but niko tayari kuelimishwa it's raising funds.... what is the rationale for paying for anything? parking fees? licences? hizo zote ni kukulia tu for the sake of 'public good' Hata mimi sielewi. are they charging one for maintaining or for not maintaining? so, assuming they charge me for maintaining and i decide to let the weeds grow.... what happens. what if i let the grass grow and i manicure it? will i be charged? are we being charged for keeping the city green and clean and beautiful? or did they mean if you do not maintain they'll maintain it and they charge you for it?

You will be charged for maintaining the bed outside your property. The property belongs to the county and that is the price you have to pay for using the county property. It doesn't make sense but it is a way of deriving revenue from the residents. A neighbour was once arrested and charged 5,000/- for unblocking a storm water drainage, so yes you will have to pay for the garden or leave it un-maintained.

You see? we are insane. We got left behind when the rest of the world developed. Arrest people only if you are fulfilling your part of the bargain.Set the standards by keeping it clean and go for them if they mess it up. I wish they used the money to buy new cars instead of driving the'face me, I face you'junks around the city in search of fuel. By the way what's the retirement age for Kanjo people? or do they get better and efficient with age. Mimi huona wazee tu representing kanjo.
