Haha. Am sure you are joking......but don't think of it as a physical 'kiti' its a privilege given by invoking the necessary sections of the constitution (147(3)). He is ACTING president, so there will be no handing over the 'kiti' when President comes back.
Umk will just write an official letter stating the actual date and time when the arrangement is valid. Beyond that date n time, WSR will legally be an impostor if he continues to occupy the Seat
