This story is false. on Wednesday, the ICC judges finally made their decision and Matsanga's application made on April 28 was rejected. I will not give a link. The spinners know they lied. nkt! The two were alleged to have funded the witness protection programme, and coordinated recruitment of witnesses to provide evidence to the Waki Commission to implicate Mr Ruto and the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party. During cross examination of ICC witness P-0613, Mr Ruto’s lawyer, Shyamala Alagendra, said there were systematic plans to fix the DP in connection with the post-election violence by powerful men in government. The lawyer said cash was given to fund the witness protection programme. These guys need to decide once and for all who "fixed" them! Is RAO, the west, the Kibaki administration or all of the above working in cahoots! What is the potential effect of this latest claim by Ruto in the rift valley! Hope that question is not too inconvenient at the moment! Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic
