49 passengers were arrested today and charged for flagging down and boarding matatus at places other than bus stops.It may sound silly but then that is the law.

CCN(kanjo) should have started this a long time ago..
Matatu's having proved resilient insolents, it is only wise to arrest those who lead matatus to commit the crimes..
hata hivyo.. they should inform us of designated Bus Stops.. my stage is outside a bar!! i doubt its a bus stop
