Nairobi Senator Sonko: I will mobilize 1Milion Kenyans to block runway at JKIA to stop Uhuru from flying to the Hague. ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

He shouldn't go. And then we see what happens
The court has been bruised by the Kenyan cases, they coached witnesses and are quickly loosing credibility. As a matter of fact, chances of Uhuru's case proceeding are almost nil.
If he goes, he will give the court the dwindling legitimacy its trying to protect.
If he doesn't go, then they have liberty to do as they wish. Arrest warrant will not be one of them.

masukuma wrote:aende tu... watu wanamtafuta na technicalities asiwapatie gap. Very true, esp. now kesi yake ina collapse asiwapatie excuse. he shuld view it as chance to go and clear his name. Maybe it will be a face-saving forum for ICC to end the cases. Plus by attending he plays to the int. gallery's perception that he believes in rule of law. But why are the judges not killing these cases even when the prosecutor's case is clearly the weakest ever at ICC and its obvious she's clutching at straws? Do they get extra allowances when it drags on? Just asking.

Is it the court that has been bruised or the prosecution. I think Uhunye being who he is, he will definitely go If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Kamwana should go to the hague. This is a trap set by the desperate Bensouda. She is hoping Ouru will refuse to go so that the court can issue an arrest warrant and help her crumbling case.

The other day one of the 'paid' witnesses confessed that he was 'paid' to say that he was paid' by the prosecution to be a witness!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

How do you arrive to that when everyone seems to think the court is itching to give out one?

Is it the court that has been bruised or the prosecution. I think Uhunye being who he is, he will definitely go Both the Court and MAMA RAO wako embarrassed tu Zaidi. Hon UMK should Just go to Hague, and not fall into the trap laid by these idiot to Issue a warrant of arrest. If anything the case has zero Chances of Proceeding so he has nothing to lose. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
