Trust me this wont happen.......... just a way for Governor's council and Governors to tame MCAs! This is Kenya!

I think it will happen... the Prof will be promised some soft landing in case he loses the by-election so that he goes all the way.... that way the MCAs lot and some governors will be taught a little lesson.... that they can be dispensed with easily!!
When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

The MCAs will start behaving, what I like about Kivutha is that he is not desperate to remain the governor but at the same time will not be cowed by the MCAs!!!

Exactly. This will teach these MRats a lesson of their lifetime and I really do hope it happens.

Maybe such a move is the only solution we have to tame MCAs. But how many governors are courageous enough to pull such a move? Most of them would want to hold on and eat without being asked a query, esp now that the pesa mashinani might be increased, with or without a referendum.

Give it up for Prof. Kibwana on this one for agreeing to bite the bullet for all Kenyans. Though the Prof's leadership and management is wanting. The fellow is cut out for governance issues where you develop stuff and not being the CEO where you implement stuff! He looks wasted and has aged like another 10 years since seeing him during the by election in Makueni!
