@12.40 CIC is printing a new all time high. Initial print was 12.20 before bonus issue of 1:5. Madness this market! Panic buying galore  $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

With the knowledge of the plan to double the NAV maybe not all is panic buying. Some could be sensible buying, no?
