With the many plots they have eg the one in front of Laico Regency, I wonder why they decided to go for the extension of Hazina with was fraught with varied risks than just construct a new building. Right now they must be incurring costs related to idle construction equipment and legal fees for the court battles. But again maybe someone wanted things to turn that way as it is a perfect situation to line some pockets. This is Kenya.

I think this vision 2030 thing is a dream that can be realized..this country is almost at take off stage and those who have positioned themselves well are going to reap huge returns!!

But stuff has to make the leap from paper to actual implementation. Otherwise we will be celebrating Mutua's public toilets come 2030

and we better do something to improve security....no one will want to be holed up in a huge convention centre with the prevailing insecurity; not a bad idea, Rwanda is doing something similar so we have some competition....
