interesting.... an additional question... in which races/places did the above factors change the will of the voters?

How are we to tell that?

coz apparently you are the expert! coz people read all the above and deduce all those ones happened in the presidential election/race and everywhere. when you say 'changing election results'... what do you mean? out of the 1882 results announced - which one was changed? coz goggles here will read Raila's results were changed and perhaps you could be talking about mathare National assembly results.

@Masukuma,
Very interesting stuff from the report:

An official of IEBC is quoted as saying "During voting, some polling stations especially in Central and Rift Valley were allowed to use the green book which is illegal"

Continuation:....The official also told the Sunday nation that during the Kwale retreat, returning officers had stated how the voter registration and election operation departments changed the poll results from some constituencies to suit certain parties.....very interesting stuff!!!!

I am not saying that you were 'manufacturing' but rather doing a mchanganyiko maalum!
there was a mock transmission one week to the election that did not do well... which mock election was this that constituted of 'biometric voting'? considering the machines were not even in the constituencies by then?
