Since all these are new-farers and might not be active, who knows the current prices of plots at Murera, Ruiru (close to St Linda Secondary)-about 3km from Thika superhighway. Size is .033 hectares (Appx 50*65)

I was in Murera yesterday...its a nice place..the price depends on the size, location and whether they have title deed or certificate..
There is one with a title deed - 80 by 40 that were quoted btw 800,000 and 900,000. Am yet to meet the owner though.

All i was worried for is the sizes (.033 hectares (Appx 50*65)

@westkate some 'small gated' communities are coming up for sure the place is growing fast. I wish they can create a road connecting the area to the road on Rainbow Ruiru resort.

not sure about the 1/4 but will check for you?
