1/8th of an acre (0.042HA) just next to Narok university,which is in itself right next to narok Town a walking distance.You can literally see the institution from the said piece of land,good for hostels as the institution is in growth mode...asking 600,000/=

problem with buying property in such places, the dinosaur ole ntimama will come and incite his supporters come election time that land ya wamasai has been invaded, then you same guy who sold me the land and I paid you cash will come back claim your land with a bow and arrow without my money back. This is the price paid by PEV. Sorry no thank you hata kama ni 50k, i will not buy it.

@harrydre;will ntimama live forever am a firm believer that whatever happened in 2007-2008 will never happen again in Kenya,if your school of thought is to be followed guys who invested in rongai,kitengela et al in the mid 90s wouldnt have done so but due to the optimism and visionary investing they did they are laughing all the way to the bank.Investing is taking risks lets compare notes some time next year and see what the land prices will be like then...

Time to review maybe?

I'm growing some interest/appetite for Narok, but I had the same concerns about possible future ethnic animosity..
Slowly being convinced that it may not be the case anyway..

So, maendelo huko namna gani.. I know SIC is currently having an offer in Narok, and couple of other Sellers too.

Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.

I had thought about getting land in Narok a while back but didn't work on it. When i see there is demand now najicheka

A World Bank report, “Doing Business in Kenya” rated Narok as the best town to do business in Kenya ahead Eldoret, Kisumu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisii and Nairobi with the university identified as one of the main contributors of growth. Developers are now moving to the outskirts of the town with buildings being constructed along the Narok-Bomet highway. - Business Daily

Not ready to make a purchase at the moment, but would like to keep a close eye on the price ranges, depending on exact areas within Narok.
