Depends from where you are speaking from,if at the dinning table then its understandable,EATING is just bribes and inflated prices nothing serious!d'oh! d'oh!

How much was eaten for thika road for instance? Govt systems are not too easy to cheat......small time eating will never stop, but we must remain vigilant without derailing important projects coz of imaginary eating.

Yaani even the logbook was issued on a futuristic date? Though I'd never like to have a 2x3 inch card as a logbook.
