We were promised this by the end of this year. What the hell are we waiting for? South Sudanese also have a similar one.

I was also saddened when the idea of BVR registration was politicized, whereby we were to get a modern chipped ID card!

I think we exaggerate "EATING" in Kenya. We have a tendering system......eating is mainly bribes and inflated tenders (this is somewhat neutered by the tendering system). We are just paranoid.

but how genuine are those documents, are those guys aliens, the ID were issued in 2015? how is this possible?
