Hi, I would like some assistance with re-surveying land....

Currently, the land has an access road (but only indicated on the map). The neighbours are hard pressed to allow me to create that road physically.

Both Lawyers (for me and seller) did not point this out, but seller had indicated the road is on the map and it will be created...still waiting several months after.

I cannot access the land for development, hata kulima ni shida. Several surveyors have turned out to be all cons and have not delivered.

Any genuine guys out there?
