I cant also imagine...how now? There are inadequate technical capacity there in the first place..some roles cant be done by the locals in the first place

Only a quarter of the population can read and write. Sasa, among the quarter, how many have the expertise?

Quote:
“All Non-Governmental Organizations… working in South Sudan are directed to notify all the Aliens working with them in all the positions to cease working as from 15th October, 2014 forthwith,” reads the decree.

The circular goes on to say that the NGOs must advertise for the “vacant” positions of Executive Directors, Personnel Managers, Secretaries, human resources officers (heads of HR departments), public relations officers, procurement officers, logisticians, front desk officers, and receptionists.

For a country that is 50 years behind, with their backward attitudes towards foreigners who are actually helping them it will take the failed state 200 years minimum to get to the level of Uganda.

A huge country so green with so much water Sad and good flat lands, a tiny population yet they cannot feed themselves is very telling! These are apes with guns!

You are being unfair to apes; they have morals and live in communities too.

Kweli. Gossiping and lazing around is their pass-time. Any job that would result in a sweat drop sahau. Then they f*** up their own country and cry foul. BTW they are quite exposed, many having been in exile all over the world but the nit-wit brain never develops.

Absurd! So they expect the NGO's and foreign companies to continue pumping cash into their country? This goes a long way to demonstrate how they view other people from different nationalities and explains how comes quite a number of Kenyans have died there.
Am sure even if the ban is reversed the locals will now more than ever think its their right to "take back" their country and "companies"

Now if we would ban all Sudanese from Kenya, the nightclubs in Westlands would be empty and booze prices would surely drop!
