Some of us only started seeing the government development in our villages after the CDF act was passed in 2002, I repeat, pesa mashinani is the way to go!!!!!

That's what we all want, indeed already happening in my village. What we do not want is pesa mashimoni. Do you agree that we give counties 800 billion yet these units are still in diapers literaly speaking. How will govt run education, security, judiciary, legislature and other ministries???

The central government has wasted the money for 50 years, all the money lining a few pockets of people close to the presidency, now just in their 2nd year I see some results of projects carried out by the county governments, pesa mashinani, I see it even leading to Urban-Rural migration as it is already happening, we can't all fit in Nairobi!!!!

Babu was very close to presidency, if not the closest....Could he be one of those pockets you are referring to....

Politicians now using referendum to fight supremacy battles: munya vs kindiki among the ameru. Rutto vs ruto among the kales. Rao versus uhuruto. Governors n uhuruto competing 4 development funds in view of 2017. How will all this drama end? Who will have the last laugh?

what a joke! None of these 'issues' require a referendum! infact all of them are addressed in the Constitution as is.
