The Prisons Boss is now talking of how they are about to implement a law that would allow "well-mannered convicts" to visit their families over the weekend and return when their "leave" expires. Doesn't this beat the whole purpose of a prison....Shame on you

Reminds me of this episode where two Kenyans were arrested in Botswana.They asked for "leave".They were expected back at the police station at 6PM.....They were never to be seen again.You should have seen the shock on the faces of the police officers.....They just couldn't understand why the Makweres didn't return...(As if it would happen...lol)
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

2) How sure are we they will not be coming to buy new sim cards
with which to send us those silly con SMSs they have been
sending?
3) Ama they will be coming every now and then to cash the MPESA
some suckers have been sending them under threats? Will
4) someone plse tell me they won't grant those Somali pirates
