Good to see that they spend 80% of their budget on development and only about 20% on recurrent expenditure. This is unlike in the devolved counties where 95% goes to salaries and sitting allowances and nearly nothing is left for development. Counties should learn from NYS.

However I am very shocked that all it takes to steal 800m from govt is to steal a password.

From my office I can see youth in green running to town dressed in NYS tshirts running to town and looting property.They look like Luos from Kibera.
