how much is reasonable rent in a mall for a spce of 500m2

it will depend on location within the mall. if its near the anchor tenant/supermarket where traffic is high, kes 100 per sq ft would suffice=kes 500k

thank you. The supermarket is upto 3rd floor and space is on 4th floor

@klan, for 4th floor level, you can negotiate lower than kes 100 per sq ft depending on your negotiation skill plus land lord space demand. how much are they currently asking per sq ft?
malls are designed such that the anchor tenant pays the least rent while other tenants pay above normal rates to cover subsidized anchor tenant rent.

Location of the mall also matters? Sarit Centre and Greenspan wouldn't command the same rates, would they?

@gordongekko, true. location also matters. if its in an area with high buying power,eg sarit,or high traffic eg umoja then the rents are equally high.
