being a small scale stock trader am running frustrated by my current stock broker as he doesn't trade on time. i need to try a new broker but i don't have an idea which one. Help me know a more efficient broker and fit for small scale traders.

You are talking of agents right ?

Brokers more or less the same.

It is the agents and services offered by the different brokers that set them apart.

If you are not taking advice from an Agent, why don't you do the trading yourself using the online Platforms..?

I hope you have already divorced the broker otherwise you will always be frustrated in that marriage.
If you don't want to go to plan B have a good plan A.

Kingdom Securities have there own OST platform
