Achana na excuses, continue dishing them goodies, build the MCAs offices etc, there is no problem for demanding a referendum, it's constitutional just as you have always wanted, if the only way Walker can run the country is dishing them goodies, let him go ahead and do it, I saw Otieno, Obado and their crew also went to statehouse to have a piece of the cake!!!

smile That is pesa mashinani, this points to a CDF like fund for every Ward, each corner of the country will have a taste of the National cake, it can't just be for Walker and Wailer, bring on the referendum!!!!
