Its time to move out of this Britam thing.

Kwani, whats their business nowadays, just buying other businesses? And that the businesses been bought and sold are mostly related, in terms of ownership, make me think THRICE!

Are you sure you have ever understood what Britam does?!

As in British American Investments

Britam's head of asset management Edwin Dande has resigned.
Jude Anyiko has taken over in an acting capacity.

Success means better offers elsewhere. See David Owino formerly of Centum...

...and now 26 bob pap with a massive demand and an extremely thin supply.

Is this going to be one of those stealthy counters which escape the radar of Wazuans?

In the market they say when a company builds a new head office, gets a fountain and flag pole it's time to sell the shares. For Britam and Centum I would want to hear from the head of risk management before touching. I have never liked companies doing acquisitions and mergers left and right

Both Britam's and Centum's core business is basically investments. Therefore acquisitions and mergers is their forte.

When will Britam open their new tower with offices. Who will move here?
Will the Tower have a corporate Restaurant at the atmosphere level with a dedicated lift?
Russians and Chinese billionaires may be willing to have offices here.
If I had money the next big business is Chauffeur business.

What led to his exit. There is quite a lot more than meets the eye here. Was he forced out and by why.

He left with the team that was working with him;
Edwin Dande--CEO
Elizabeth Nkuku--Portfolio Manager
Shiv Arora--Investment Analyst
Patricia Wanjama--Head of Legal

There is something not right at Britam asset management

Unconfirmed reports say they left to open a firm of their own, but that is quite a walk out, four key employees, it certainly raises eye brows.

They are taking notes from David Owino.

When you see you are making too much money for someone else, you opt out and make money for yourself.
Owino went out and opened his own money minting company- Companies always train others how to do business and being top employees but they never limit you being your own Mboss one day.
Audit youself at the earliest opportunity and take risks, infact you have learned to take risks by that time using someones desk, money, car and connections!
