Governor Ruto not Deputy Ruto.

Where is this money? Quite tardy the devolution piece affecting health workers now ALL workers! I'd wager a stake that the governors have already been paid though smile

No county has because the Act which allows them to access the funds CARA hasn't been signed and gazzetted

In all fairness Hon Duale is also to blame in that whole kisanga coz he delayed presenting the bill to partliament for debate and passing into law to be presented to PORK for signing and to be gazetted into law!

Rutto ni makelele tu. I think this guy has missed a step and it seems he will soon be the occupant of the the political-grave he was digging for Ruto,DP.

It is quite shameful all politicians, other than Gov Mutua are busy yapping how the National Govt is failing them yet they don't mention what they do with the funds they collect in their counties. Afadhali Kidero is doing fund-raising nyumbani.

Seems all these busy body governors are just a bunch of buffons who got the power they sought but have no idea what to do with it. They keep clutching on straws for an excuse for non performance.
