40 Acres in Ngara? Where in particular? Does it by any chance currently belong to Kenya Railways?

@ much know...typical kenyan stereotyping.....Do you know the major source of somalis investments? iots diaspora remittance and business. There are numerous somalis out there , in fact in every western capital the somalis make up a significant prpotion of immigrant ant and asylum seekeres...visit UNHCR and see for your self. Once there they engage in jobs and business. Just like the kenyan diaspora they need to invest home ...and just like the southern sudanese they have chosen to call kenya home since home squared is not hospitable.

Whenever CBK releases those diaspora remittance figures... ask your self how many 'kenyans' trully send money home and what am saying will ring true.

Somalis are astute businessmen/middlemen since this has been culturally ingrained in them from the days of the phoenicians

Waria, that's a most interesting angle I have never thought of about the diaspora remittances not being 100% All Kenyan...All the time

@waria thats a thought lakini on the other hand come to mombasa look around.... every new dev (real estate) in town
'specially on the island that within the last year spear headed by the waria,s not kenyan.
This is happening suddenly as if there is a great hurry to take up every available plot on the island.
Open secret is the piracy relationship to this developments.
