A cabinet secretary has been demanding cash from institutions in his sector. The man, known for his insatiable appetite for money, is audacious enough to even send text messages to the heads of the institutions in his department asking for cash. The institutions, some of which are private, are so fed up with the minister's demands that some have written to the President, asking him to fire the man.

The TNA wing eat using tenders and such.
