America had been ruled by "whites" for how long? And the best they could was a .5 after that long.
But I forget, Kenyan standards should be higher because others made "mistakes" that we should have learnt from. Next one should be a ----------?
I care!

Such declarations cannot hold water in this day and age. There's a younger electorate coming up and they are not interested in loyalty, allegiances or KANU recyclables. In the next 5-10 years going forward, policies and track record are what will dictate who gets elected. The landscape is changing people!!

Oh, and btw, Ruto will never touch the presidency, I can bet my you that.
Before I die - i will touch the sky!!

I hope it's not true. But let me say and please no one should take this badly, other ethnics other than the Kyuks, Kales and RAO (yes RAO) allow themselves to be used and easily divided, they also don't create useful alignments. The Lunjes especially are annoying, they are such a force and have the numbers but they just sabotage each other from within.
Now, there is a great chance for someone from another ethnic to come in if they only understand the landscape and how to align because I can assure you kyuks won't back Ruto, not after the experience they went through under Moi and the 2008 PEV. I even dare to say that they would easily back RAO over Ruto. But that's just my opinion.

BBI will solve it

Aren't those two statements contradictory? Why do you think he wont have track record in the next five years?
