The Sanogo experiment is abit embarrassing! Time to get a serious CF otherwise it will be 4th as usual.

Do we really need to buy a CF me thinks if Podo comes back,Theo apone we are good to go...

Pold has a lethal left boot but that 's all. He offers nothing else.He doesn't cover the LB and off the ball movement is non existent. Theo is good but not a CF, he is not good with his back to goal and is injury prone.
Quality CF is a must to win the title.

That first opening day home defeat since 1972 may be just what the club needed to be reminded of the sense of urgency in signing new players. Benatia already flew to Manchester for talks but it now seems Bayern want to hijack the move after Javier Martinez was ruled out for the rest of the season...I really hope that does not happen. Di Maria will cost an arm and a leg but that's the price we have to pay for lack of CL football. A defensive midfielder to assist Herrera must be top on the list as well, Fletcher was pathetic after impressive displays in pre season. If Woodward doesn't get the players LvG needs, then Utd can forget Top 4 this season, that's for sure...

@Kaka2za....I don't think a quality CF should be a priority for Arsenal in this transfer window, besides scoring goals has never really been a problem......what we really need is a quality defensive midfielder!

Anyway, Arsenal are reportedly set to sign Sanchez's teammate Eduardo Vargas on a season long loan from Napoli this week!

ION, Arsenal's opening fixture win against Crystal Palace was the first since 2009.

Injury crisis at Arsenal already. Koz and Gibbs doubtful for Bekistas game. Probable pairing of Chambers and Monreal unless Per is ready to be rushed back.

@TAZ Please confirm you still believe Gunners can win EPL with Giroud and Sanogo leading the lines?
